Plastic Greenhouse Trays

Flower seeds have germinated and growing tall, now what?
I'm a beginner, I got the mini plastic greenhouse tray and Morning glories, Bachelor buttons and Cosmo seeds, they all have grown kinda tall, thin, with 2 tiny leaves at the top, it's only been 4 days. I've been bringing them inside at night (I don't have any grow lights) and putting them on my balcony where it's mostly shade throughout the day except for about 3 hours in afternoon it gets pretty sunny, it's about 80 degrees out (California). They have been at a stand still though for about a day, what do i do next? I'm a complete dummy when it comes to gardening, I really don't want these flowers to die :-/ What kind of soil do I get? Do I need fertilizer? I read somewhere that I can blend banana peals, coffee grinds and egg shells together to use as fertilizer, is this true? and when do i start using it and how is it used? Please give me basic step by step instructions about what to do next overall. Am I doing things right? Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! I'll give 10 points to the best help! :)!
