Dome Greenhouse

How do I build a dome greenhouse?
I've looked into dome greenhouses but they are prohibitively expensive. Can you recommend the best online DIY instructions? (The best I can find is http://www.geo-dome.co.uk/article.asp?uname=geo_polydome). BTW, what does geodesic mean?

Dream interpretation?
I am curious if there is any significance to this dream I had where my friend Derek and I were traveling through a desert, in a jeep, and we came to a very large dome greenhouse. Inside was a thick garden and an opera singing women, who was telling us about this tree house inside the greenhouse had to be sold and it was full of hats. My friend and I bought the tree house, Then these guys in red-suits and block top hats came chasing after us inside the greenhouse. They called themsleves "gesh-feesh-tees" IDK. anyway, we fought back and went commando on them and that really all I remember from the dream.

What is wrong with my seedlings?
I started my seedlings indoors, flowers and veggies. They started out under CFL's and recently with the Spring weather turning up they have been getting anywhere from 3-6 hours of sun and sun/shade to assist with hardening off. Im losing seedlings by the day, I started seedlings last year and had absolutely no issues, I had more plants then I could handle in fact. This year my seedlings are failing miserably and I feel they are not to blame. The first set I would like to start with is some Bachelor Buttons. Im using 3 inch pots with an organic Coconut Husk seed starter from Burpee, Im not concerned for organic but I wonder if that may be an issue. This medium was germinating seeds extremely well, I put Cfl's in because I was told that would suffice for lighting for a while, the seedlings emerged in 48 hours and began "reaching" toward the window. I took this as a sign that the CFL's were not sufficient and then moved them upstairs (slightly cooler belive it or not) and put them next to the sliding glass door for 2 days. They would have recieved sun from roughly 1:30pm til sundown, rotated into a shaded part of the table. I am also currently nurturing tomato, various peppers (bells and spicy), squash's (butternuts, acorns, pumpkins), and other brassica (cauliflower). Currently I have lost ALL of my Bachelor Buttons, my Marigolds are failing in the same manner I fear just at a slower pace, snapdragons, dill and chives have also died off. The tomatos appear to be coasting but not thriving, I have lost half a crop of cabbage (dozen hills of 2 plants a hill red, 3 plants a hill green), and all but literally one cauliflower plant. The squash seedlings are thriving. All plants use the same medium, brasica likes cooler temps so on the warmer spring nights they are left outside and I never put them on the green house. At first I thought maybe the humidity dome (greenhouse) was the culprit but it apprears actually to have slowed the degradation of the marigolds provided that shade is availible. When the plants die off, I notice the stem is the first to go, they begin to lay down and lean over and soon the stem withers and loses all strength and within 24 hours the leaves have turned dark green and withered and the stem has the consistency of sewing thread. I didnt notice any yellowing on the cabbage but the bachelor buttons yellowed a bit and now my spicy peppers are begging to yellow at the leaves but maintain their integrity otherwise. I would like to salvage whats left of my cabbage and flowers. Im actually a bit stunned Im having issues, Im only 23 but have been gardening since I was around 8 years with my grandfather and father and this is the first year I have had issues with any plant (not trying to brag) so since my time has come to struggle I would appreciate any help. I seem to be leaning toward damping off or maybe even pre-mature sun exposure, I used twigs in the bottom of my pots to allow for drainage if that helps. The height of the seedlings may play a role, they are almost 4 inches long without a first true set. I have some very expensive Zinnias emerging and I would like to find a solution before this afflicts them, I used Jiffy Sow N Grow expandable pellets in case the growth medium was the problem. PLEASE HELP, Thanks.
